A few words about when Lounge Avenue goes offline

Sometimes we have scheduled downtime to update our systems and keep the radio running smoothly. These breaks can take anywhere from a few minutes to half an hour. We’ll always let you know with a message on the site, and we’re planning to run short daytime audio spots to announce any upcoming night maintenance.

Very rarely, things out of our control happen, like a power outage that knocks us offline despite our backup plans. When this occurs, our alarms go off so we can jump in and fix it as soon as technically possible.

Glitches can occasionally slip past our safety nets, too, like a track stuck on an endless loop (which actually happened one Friday night). If you ever spot an issue like this, please hit the Chat button on the website ASAP. Your message triggers a loud alarm on our end, letting us log in from anywhere in the world to sort it out.

We are proud to say we are a professionally fine-tuned radio station, with all the system you can find in an FM station. That’s a big thing for us because we want to deliver a professional licensed radio station to you guys. Yes, we are a licensed radio station by the mighty Romanian state.
